Territory: Hills and plateaus of Arezzo area.
Grape Harvest: The first amount of grapes are harvested perfectly ripe; the remaining amount of grapes, those ones used for the “Pratica all’uso Toscano”, are harvested over-ripeness with slight passerillageraisining on plant.
Grapes: Sangiovese 50% with other Tuscan grapes allowed by rules.
Vinification: First fermentation with traditional maceration; about 10/15% of fresh and perfectly healthy grapes are added to the decanted product obtained by racking; this amount of fresh grapes are collected after a slight drying on plant in order to “governare”. The two masses of product combined togetherare subjected to a second fermentation inside Ganimede Method fermentation tanks, always with accurate control of oxygen and temperatures.
Alchool % volume: 13,5
Visual: Intense and brilliant ruby red color.
Smell: Fresh, fruity, with hints of ripe red fruits and their jams.
Taste: Balanced tannins, soft, round, pleasantly delicate.
Best with: Excellent as aperitif with friends, it goes well with first courses with meat sauces, game, mushrooms, grilled meat, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
Recommended temperature: 18 - 20 °C

This wine finds its origins in the Tuscan winemaking traditions; in 1834 Barone Ricasoli refers about this “Pratica all’uso Toscano” to obtain fresh and pleasantly fruity wines.
