Our wine-growing tradition, which is an important economic activity of this area, was historically confirmed, on several occasions, in the texts of the Bishop of Arezzo, where he speaks of ‘canonical churches with large lands planted with grapes, so that the Ministers of worship do not live in poverty’. These are ancient wine-making traditions enriched and enhanced with Tuscan I.G.T. - I.G.P.
